Our front hatch got broken due to an ice problem. We broke the glass and the latches are bent. Can anyone please help us locate another hatch? We have a 2006 Carver 38SS.

Would help if you could take a picture or provide a brand and part number which is probably a sticker on the hatch. Welcome to CYO.

I ordered that one back in 2017, price went up $110US since then. Only reason I ordered a new one is 2 latches were broken by the previous owner. Tried to get parts but turned out to be almost as expensive as a new unit plus the white plastic had started to yellow. The new one is now covered with a custom Sunbrella cover so it should last decades.

I have a 2006 Carver and my front deck hatch is round and from looking at pics of a 2006 38SS, looks similar to yours.
Last year I ordered a new screen for my hatch through the original manufacturer. The hatch was manufactured by BOMAR which is now known as Pompanette in the US. I dealt with Stephanie Allen at www.Pompanette.com. You can call them at 1-603-826-5791.
IF your hatch is the same as mine, the model number is N1139-10A-WHT. You should verify the model number of your hatch. I don’t think they will know what hatch went on what model boat, but a model number or dimensions of your existing hatch will help you deal with them.
