2003 Mariner Water Level Gauge & Sender

Post by JohnS »

Gauge only moves from 3/4 full to 1/2 full, does anyone know the brand of these?
Any info would be appreciated.

Pop the blue cover off and see if there are some very small adjusting screws there.....there may be one for full and one for m/t if that is the same as the one I had, perhaps they have some corrosion and need to be exercised. With ours it took some fooling around as they are quite sensitive.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.

Also check your connections and ensure they're clean and tight. You may also want to pull the sender and check to see if there is anything impeding it from acquiring a proper level. It might just need a cleaning.
