I have - seems nobody else made thrusters with 170mm tunnels except QL / Volvo unless there is an obscure brand out there?

So yes, my QL1200 was also seized and discontinued. It was recommended I replace with a complete new and re fiberglassed tunnel system at the cost of $20,000 complete. After this sticker shock, I simply took the seized motor in to be rebuilt and re wired $1,000

No they didn't even after I asked them!
