Diesel Price Jump

Saw diesel on the street today for $2.59 a litre CDN. That is $7.63 a gallon US. My oh my is all I can say. Looks like I will be venturing over to the US side this summer for fuel as I assume it will be a bit better over there.

It's $5.40 at our marina with a 40 cent discount.

In Europe: EUR 2,05 per litre now it was 1,20 last season

We expect less motoryachts travelling and overnighting in our marina this year.

Unfortunately my tank is almost empty.... On the other hand I hesitated in switching to synthetic diesel because of the higher price, that difference feels smaller now (it's both bloody expensive) ....

Diesel on the street here jumped from 4.95 to 5.99 last week.

Called my favourite Marina US side fuel up place. $6.89/gallon US. Still cheaper than Canadian road prices but not all the great.
