Any suggestions where I might find a replacement mattress for the aft cabin 1988, 3807?

You can contact Carver directly and ask them for the part number and the company that supplied it. The manufacturer may still have the specs to make one. Carver will need your hull number. Short of that, there are companies out there that make custom marine mattresses. Do a Google search and narrow it down to your area.

Our 3807 mattress is 6" thick high density foam cut to size and covered in a nice fabric with a zipper added on the side to allow for removal when it needs to be washed. I've also seen the same idea but with an extra memory foam layer over top.

If your area has a local custom mattress maker, in Cleveland we have "Original Mattress Factory", they can make you a replacement also. You would just have to provide them with a template.
