It works very well, keeps the boat out of the water and I no longer have to wrestle with removing the motor.
We are very pleased with it!

Yes we did and worked great.....10 ft highfield. The best are proper davits of some kind because they get the dink well out of the water safely with less fuss ,level, motor attached , gas tank and gear also. With your aft cabin you will have a great winch angle and would be easy to install electric winch if desired.
I have tried three ways..... towed for years, did not like the weaver davit thing ( a pain), then the caddy. IMO all those cobbled up systems that mount dinks flat on the platform are a recipe for disaster, perhaps ok on calm flat water lakes but not where you may get caught in any sort heavy weather. IMO... The proper place if the boat is big enough is on the bow or the hardtop upper deck area depending on boat design.....good luck with your search...
