Carver model insignia replacements

Postby Dsl » July 4th, 2022, 12:13 am

My cleaning service accidentally knocked the numbers off the cabin side so the 41 is missing from the model insignia 41 CMY. Does any one know where I can replace these stainless numbers and letters? Please help.

Are you sure they are SS/metal? Mine are a foam filled vinyl type material that looks like chrome. This is the original unit on my 2007 however they have no more stock of any other numbers/letters. https://www.greatlakesskipper.com/carve ... 733-single

If they are the stainless steel type, a metal fabricator should be able duplicate them. If they don't have a graphics design department, you may have to go to a separate service for that first for a template to take to the fabricator. Take a pic and measurements of the numbers on the other side of the cabin so they can duplicate the font. The other thing you can try is contact previous Carver dealerships, you may find one that still has the letters and numbers. Also try contacting The Marine Connection in Fort Pierce Florida.... http://themarineconnection.net/

You can search through the greatlakesskipper site. They have a lot of numbers for various boats, so even if you don't find the OEM ones, you might find a nice set of matching ones you could use.
