In the ops case he has gotten a shop to do the line and they matched the fittings correctly.......
The caveat with fuel line inverted flares and fittings is there are some different angles used in some offshore sourced/made mechanical fuel pumps that don't match very well and will leak if you are not aware and get the flare or fittings incorrect. I have come across this a few times, so be aware.

Ok. We all have rubber fuel lines from the tanks to selector valves and from there to the fuel filters. All from the factory.
As long as they are fuel rated hoses, I don't see an issue?
