CH 119 and CH 121 are the macerator and discharge impeller. As viper says they, are both solid steel. And not rubber wear parts. However, if I do remember correctly, they ride on an elongated shaft from the head motor, and if they have become even a bit loose, they will wear the shaft and not spin under duress.
I personally, have never had anything but problems with crown heads.
Jabsco are cheaper, and work much better with very affordable replacement parts.

Good point Tom. There's also a key CH34 on the shaft and a set screw F149VT on the discharge impeller that should be checked.
