Coldest Launch Yet

Post by Midnightsun »

The boat was launched on Tuesday however the locks were closed to pleasure craft until this morning so we just tied her up at the storage marina and came back yesterday evening to to sleep on the boat and head out early this morning. Oh my, 1C this morning, engines registered 4C. Unusually cold for this time of year and yet tomorrow it will be 25C. Nice to be back in the water, trip up went without a hitch on glass smooth waters. We are presently tied to or home port dock. Bring on summer. :captain:

Hooray!!!! COLD START! That first cruise is always filled with anxiety. Never really know if any gremlins showed up during the winter. Always nice to get to home dock with no surprises. Congrats and have a great season! 8-) er
