36 AftMY. Ready to Reupholster Dinnette and cannot get top rail cushions off. Any suggestions that don’t include full demolition.
To our best determination, there are no metal bracket hangers and overhang board seems to be nailed from below to corner shelf. Which is also screwed down and not really accessible.

Check to see if you have any anchoring screws buried in the carpeting. On the steps that go down into my aft cabin, that’s how they are secured.

Is it possible that whole "module" comes out as one piece? Could there be screws inside that access panel that screw into the base from below (and then perhaps a few in the cabinet in the head, going through the bulkhead)?

Figured it out….
The top rails are on plastic ’christmas tree’ plugs. Needed to pry straight up and off. Was lucky and able to snap back down on originals when upholstery job was done.
