Well, the bimini is done! Sort of!! It will work for shade, but it is saggy in a couple of places, so we won't leave it up when we are not at the boat. It rained the night we put it up and there was water pooling in a couple of spots.

Now it is finished. We added some zippered pockets to the back & sides. That was plan B because we thought we had forgotten the flaps we made to add snaps. Turns out we had the fabric, but found it after plan B was done. Still not 100% but that is okay for us. Doesn't look much different from this angle.
