Have to ask....if the unit was not getting cooling water for one reason or another, would there not be an alarm on the panel and at that point it would shut down so there would be no power to the pump at that point I guess.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.

Okay- the latest in the AC drama so many of you had offered input and help.
There is a “Factory reset” option on the control panel. Press and hold 10 seconds… this restarted the unit. I ran both units for an hour letting them cycle on and off at the thermostat temp settings. All seemed fine ? Not sure why this happened… hopefully a one time event, but fingers crossed I will let everyone know anything else I find. But the Factory Reset is a great tool to try first if you run into this. It’s worth a try. Thanks again.
