Volvo Fuel Filters
Looking for the filter numbers for both the small and larger spin on filters for my Volvo TAMD 74. Not at the boat and need to order them. Thanks!

Re: Volvo Fuel Filters
The Volvo's are either 3825133 or 21492771. After market Sierra is 18-7942. Fuel Filters. There are a series of TAMD 74's. There should be two Letters after 74. Good luck!

Thanks. I think mine are 74A, but don't remember another letter after the A. I did see one filter is bigger than the other, but working of old memory.

Re: Volvo Fuel Filters
That would be the P*** in the A** version
any size filter (tall/short depending on place available too) that fits the threads will do as long as the throughput/flow is equal. I found a site with a range of replacement part numbers for trucks/tractors and many filter brands. (not at hand right now, sorry) so you can pick from a range of brands.
I stick to the main brands (I'm in Europe) such as MANN, Mahle, Bosch, Hengst and such. These are already way cheaper than VP without giving in on quality.
tip: when you get the right one, stock up (also on fuel filters) so you can change without the figuring out and wait for delivery hassle next time.

Trucker. The part numbers above are correct for your version. The Sierra after market parts are just as good, easier to find. good luck.
