Navigation Lights?

Over 40' an all around anchor light for navigation is not to regulation. under 40' it would be fine. ;-)

That is incorrect. Rule 30 of the navrules (page 90) says otherwise.

Not talking about anchor lights while at anchor, that one is fine. The addition was for navigation lights while underway because the forward white visibility light was missing in my case. The boat requires a white stern light and steaming light to be up to regulation.
