3607 Stateroom Fireplace
Wanted to add a heater, but this heater is also an electric fireplace ( well maybe just a “place.”) 13 inches high, fits under the shelf perfect. Wayfair,$200! Heat works great as well. My marina neighbors are jealous!

Shades took various length screw experiments to get purchase behind the fabric. Lower screws for the tab to hold closed took the longest ones.

Did you end up poking a couple though? I had a similar boat and I think the hull in that area is only around 3/8" thick.
