AC Drains 1999 Voyager 450
The manual says the forward and master stateroom AC units drain condensate into the grey water tank. But no mention of the salon and pilot house units which are located under the galley sink/cabinets. Do these units drain condensate directly into the bilge? When I’m onboard running AC for 24 hours, I’m getting couple gallons of water in the bilge and I can’t see where it’s coming from. No leak in fresh water system.

I'd be surprised if they actually drained into the bilge. If that's where water is ending up, then maybe there's an issue and it should have been going overboard or into a shower sump.
