Some models have the same issue but comes from under the swim platform.
Funny story , we had that once, woke me from a deep sleep, thought there was something wrong with the boat. Turned out to be a raft of ducks picking stuff off the side of the hull, what a racket LOL.

Once you ID exactly where it's coming from you could probably even rig a small section of tarp or heavy plastic. Rig a couple grommets on it to hold it to some deck cleats or the railing and have another line that connects the port side section with the starboard sides section going under the boat. It would guide the water out and away from the chine before it could 'slap' into it.

I wife tried a set of foam style ear plugs another boater asked her to try and she for they were very helpful. \Hopefilly this solution will cure this annoyance......
