Nothing less than a 30 amp but get a good unit that will deliver all 30 amps to one bank if it needs to.

Final Update
Well, in case anyone is interested, here's my final solution. I went with a ProMariner ProSport HD20 - a 20A 2 bank charger. It has "distribution on demand" so it can put all 20A to one battery, if needed. Physically, it's about 4 times larger than the Noco Genius I replaced. I'll be using the Noco for my battery maintainer when I take out the batteries for storage this winter.
