Screen repair under moon roof

Have a 2016 C37. The screen under the moon roof (is that what it's called?) in the main salon has come loose from its tracks. Any suggestions on how to fix this or get replacement parts? How hard is it to remove the headliner if necessary? Thanks.

I found the answer to my question which I'm posting in case anyone else has the same issue. The screen is manufactured by Poseidon Interiors. They told me I had to remove the unit and send it to them for repairs

Update: I removed the skyscreen and it turns out there are 4 small "cleats" that tension each of the four suspension wires. They are in the length-wise track behind the fabric a few inches in from each corner. You can adjust them with an allen wrench. Had i known that I might not have needed to remove the skyscreen to fix it, but at least I figured it out before sending it to the OEM for a very expensive repair!

Many items which they claim must be sent in are very repairable if one takes the time to study the assembly and is careful. Be meticulous and patient then most likely you will succeed. There are those out there that will destroy anything they touch though where sending it in is the best alternative. Good info, thanks for posting

Hello - I need to remove the interior "paper" folding sunshade in my 2017 C37. Are there instructions to be found to do so? The "thread" has broken and now the screen jams as it opens and closes crookedly.

Hi Holt, did you manage to remove/replace the paper folding sunshade? I also have a 2017 C37 and have to replace mine. (It’s coming unclipped at the stern end and starting to rip.)
Also has anyone had Poseidon Interiors fix theirs?
