1986 Carver 3207 Aft Cabin flying bridge switch plates

Postby johntoye » March 12th, 2025, 3:42 pm

Good afternoon. I recently purchased a 1986 3207 Aft Cabin.

I am looking to replace the switch covers plates as they are oxidized and unreadable. Is there any after market plates or suggestions on improving what I have? All panel are hard to read the switch labels.

Thank you

I have circled the switch plates I am referring to.

Not sure which plates or labels your referring to but I know Great Lakes Skipper has a ton of OE Carver bits.

Check out a local to you sign shop, they may be able to make labels and plaques or at least they used to do all sorts of things like that.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.....

Several years ago a member here did exactly what you're trying to do. He made the panels himself. There are places that will make custom panels for you, either your own design or you could remove the existing ones and send them in to get them duplicated. One such place is https://www.laser-marine.com/

Here's a link to Matt's thread on his project on his 3207:
