Hello brothers
Going down to the boat Saturday and going to be hot I was wondering if I can take the filter out, clean it and put it right back in or does it need to dry? Guessing it would probably need to dry
Thanks
Geo

Re: AC filter material
I’m curious about that as well and if anyone has tried any of the RV filter replacements? I’ve seen ones you can custom cut to size.

Re: AC filter material
My 405 has a metal mesh screen that serves as original ac filter which i would wash and shake out what water was left and finish patting it down with a toweland reinstall and use immediately. But a few years ago I also started adding a piece of filter material and this is trapping way more particles and keeps the coils way cleaner. When this is dirty I'll just cut a new piece and toss the dirty. The metal mesh and this is working great together. ...Torjim 12" x 120" MERV 8 Air Vent Filter, Easy Cut to Fit Air Vent Filter for Home Floor, Ensure Air fresher Air Vent Filter for Ceiling, Air Conditioner, Grilles, Air Vents https://a.co/d/j8RCZRR
