Welcome aboard. Where is she docked? A good prop shop should be able to supply the parts, so should marinas and marine retailers. Why do you need to replace the whole assembly?

I'm wondering what the actual issue is too. That hose can be replaced if it's an issue, as well as the packing. The rest of the parts seem to last forever unless someone's been chewing them up using pipe wrenches.
