Secret breaker?

So appreciate the insight . It makes sense about the dial ... I am relieved about that. SO next trip there I will change that setting to assist the DC system.
I still have a mouse in the Maze to track on what's happened elsewhere for all the receptacles, No Air Conditioning etc... Seemed some GFI tripped somewhere .

At lease a step in the right direction here. And also I called Electricians in the area no word back yet.
