I have to say, you have the most creative and original 3207 I've seen. I love these improvements. I wish more older boat owners would do things like this to update their boats. Love your ideas and fiberglass work. My wife loves the shelves in the salon. I think I am going to do something similar on that wall in mine as well. Good Work.

In looking at the Side shift model I noticed a lot of simulatities with a Minn Kota. I found a dual set up Minn kota 65# each of thrust on craigslist. purchased it for $130. quite a bargin but he did not have any of the controls. Perfect fit because I didn't want any of the controls. Sold the dual set up bracket which I did not need for $100. so for $30 I got a 1K new setup (minn kota). The side shift has 121lb of thrust mine has 130lb of thrust. Below is a outline of the project.
