Here's a great little morning project that helps your AC/Heat unit running efficiently. Wash the filters. I recall a friend who complained that his AC wouldn't blow very cold. We found his filters clogged with dust.

I love how Carver put the primary air return filter grill on a hinge for easy access.

Take out the metallic mesh filter and wash in hot soapy water.

Next, locate your AC unit. Mine is under a salon seat. There is a light plastic mesh filter directly against the unit, which easily slides up or can be gently pulled away. This needs a bath too.

Clean filters will protect your valuable AC unit and allow it to cool and heat with maximum efficiency.

Happy boating.

Steve.
