2000 Mariner 350 - Kohler Gen

I have a rebuilt Kohler 7.3E generator that will start up without issue, but will only run for 10 seconds and shut off. So far here are the things that have been done to it in the past 2 weeks and have not fixed the problem. Can anyone give me some ideas as to what I can try next?

New fuel pump
new fuel lines
new fuel filter
new impeller
new sleeve

Could it be a faulty sensor shutting it down?
Water temp. Oil pressure, etc?

My 6.5 esv was doing the same thing. For me it was a bad control board not providing voltage to the fuel pump.
There are a couple places that will test your board and if bad repair it for about $100.00.

On another note, check your fuel pump. When I replaced my fuel filter I had to remove the pump. When I reinstalled it the genny only ran for a few minutes, then ran out of fuel. The darn pump will run backwards if polarity is wrong. I wasted a good hour on that one!
