Winlass Breaker / Fuse / Overload

1993 Carver 370 Aft, trying to locate the Winlass Breaker / Fuse / Overload, does anyone know where it may be?

On my 1994 370 is it under the bottom stair leading to the salon by the battery switches. A simple push pull fuse type breaker.

Yep bottom step should raise up

That's the first place to look and should be it. If not check the rode locker for windless and behind the helm for the helm control switch.

3amp fuse in the rode locker in a plastic inline yellow fuse holder.

Thanks all, bottom step, reset the overload, anchor works again.
