Bankerbiz - if those are Crusader engines, the gap is probably .045. Otherwise, the gap is disclosed on the spec plate mounted on the engine block. er

Carver makes very little of the components of the boat.
I went and took a complete inventory of every mechanism on my boat, went on line, and found repair and parts manuals for everything. Enginesm, Transmissions, steering, refrigeration, electrical, genny,gauges, etc.
I suggest you do the same.

I agree with Fred. Carver won't have all the literature on every system. They won't provide the service manual for your engines for example, that's a pretty thick book on it's own and is usually available from the engine OEM, same applies to other major hardware. You can get a general owner's manual for your vintage from their sight that will show basic electric and plumbing schematics and other systems however a parts manual for that vintage will require a phone call or email to their Service Department. I need to get some picture and find out what manufactured what on this boat its gonna be fun over this winter finding what I need

plmuto - link to 84 owners manual. Same as Viper sent. You will need to get an actual service manual from the engine OEM. What specifically do you have for engines? You should contact Carver for OEM list on your boat. er
