Mariner 350 Swimstep ladder
The bottom rung on my swimstep ladder broke.
Trying to find a replacement, so I emailed Carver and was given the company who made them.
I tried contacting them but there is no answer.
I as wondering if anyone has had experience replacing that ladder?...it seems different from all the rest.

Pretty sure that's Windline now. Try sending them an email through the website. I've gotten replies in past that way. I just don't remember the contact's name. If I come across the email address, I'll post it. Sometimes OEMs will use off the shelf units but they also commission custom fabrications made only for a specific model run so it may or may not be readily available.

Re: Mariner 350 Swimstep ladder
Thanks for the lead.
Checked them out and either to small or big.
Need the width to be between 10 13/16 to 15 1/2
Wait, I'll covert that to Canadian...27mm to 39mm

Did you talk to them? They may have something not published on their site or they'd have to fabricate one. If it's their part number, they'll likely have the blueprints but it'll be a pricey ladder if they're building just one.

Re: Mariner 350 Swimstep ladder
Definitely Windline. Here is a link to their site. https://windline.com/index.php?route=in ... on/contact
I suggest you send them an email with your part number TDL-3W. The part obviously did exist at some time as there is still reference to it on the web as can be seen here. https://www.stevestonmarine.com/Windlin ... ng-Ladders
That being said, this seems to be your ladder in black. I believe the W at the end of your part number referred to it being white based on the link above. Like I said, you need to confirm all this with them. https://windline.com/index.php?route=pr ... duct_id=70

Send Phyllis and email with the part number. I've dealt with her a few times in the past and she's been pretty helpful: Phyllis.c@lobostar.com
