I broke the Starboard drive shaft on my '93 350 Aft Cabin just after it exits the hull. I'm having a hard time finding replacement parts.. The prop is a 22x22 and I think the shaft is 1 3/8". Any idea where I should be looking?
Is there any way to do this repair in the water?

Re: Drive Shaft Replacement
Lots of places can make the shaft out of raw SS stock bar. Not sure what shops would be close to your location though. I'd bet if you took the old pieces to any decent machine shop they could replicate it as long as they could get the right stock from their metal supplier. The coupling does need to be fit to the end though, but I'm sure they could do that as well.
I have 1 3/8 shafts as well, and I had to get one made several years ago.
How did it break?

Re: Drive Shaft Replacement
Any good prop shop can machine a new shaft, you can also find one on line if you have all the specs. You can contact Carver with your hull number and they'll give you the info you need, a part number, and supplier info where you should be able to order from.
I wouldn't recommend trying to replace it in the water.
