Calling all 3207 owners.
What speed do you cruise at? I’ve got a 1991 with Crusader 270’s. I’ve been going wide open throttle to get in plane and then pulling back the throttle to around 16 mph.
What do you like and what has given you decent fuel economy?

Re: 3207 Cruise Speed
Mariner 330 owner here. I have 5.7XL Crusaders. I cruise at 19mph, 3000RPM. Gas burn at 15gph. Seems to be the sweet spot for cruising in terms of performance, hull efficiency, and ride. I do not go WOT, but bring the hull to plane gradually, and then trim using tabs. If I go to 3400 RPM, I am at 23mph, and furl burn at 24gph.

Re: 3207 Cruise Speed
I ran my 1986 3207 with 5.7 Mers’s and I would run it at 3200 rpm on plane. If you run it hirer the 4 barrels will kick in and almost double your fuel consumption. 3200 rpm would give me about 20-21 mph from what I recall with a proper trim tab setting. Great running boats and they can handle the heavy water, for sure.
