Anyone know how to open the heat? It’s not coming on am I doing someting wrong ? Cold air coming out.

Welcome aboard.
Have no idea what ac system you have. On some, heat must be selected. Do you have the manual? If not, you should be able to find one on the net.

Yes, on most you have to switch modes to get them to change from "cooling" to "heating". If you don't know they type and can post a pic of the control panel someone can probably give you some hints.

Also, if they are reverse cycle heat, you may not get a lot of heat if the outside water is very cold. Some units have supplemental heat because of that issue, which is a little additional electric space heater built inside the unit.

Welcome to the forum......good idea to take a pic of the controller as has been suggested......this will help people with the same unit describe what to do.
As with most of these units, it is usually not advised to run the heat cycle when the surrounding water temp is near 40 Degrees F and below that....

If you are in NY, the water is most likely pretty cold. If you are running the reverse cycle heat you may be freezing the water in your heat exchanger.
These systems are not meant to be run when the your boat is floating in is below about 40 degrees.
You need to flush and winterize the heating and water systems or you will have a very unpleasant spring $$$$$$$$$.
