1969 25’ Carver Project Boat on 1970 EZ Loader Dual Axel Trailer

Hello! New to the forum, mainly wanting to be a part to post for sale my dads Carver project boat. I figured this would be the best place to see if it would get interest from someone that would be interested to purchase it and possibly finish it.

My dad purchased this back in 8/15/82 with the intention of fully restoring it as a project boat. My mom and him worked on it for quite a while on and off until they unfortunately lost interest. My father has since passed and myself, along with my two brothers don’t live locally anymore and do not have the time or patience to finish it. So instead of letting it sit in the barn for another decade we would rather sell it to a good home that may, in time, get it back on the water.

It’s a 1969 25’ Carver on a 1970 dual axel EZ loader trailer. We have title in hand for both. As you can see from the pictures there was already a lot of work completed on it, but still needs quite a bit. It has the lower unit and gas tanks that come with it as well. It does not have a motor. It has always been in our barn - it hasn’t seen daylight or moved in probably 33 or so years.

Welcome to the forum. It's a great project for someone who loves restoring wooden boats. I had a wooden Trojan for years that I restored, she was a beauty but did take up a lot of my time. I miss her but don't miss the work. I hope you succeed in finding a good home for her and that she gets back to being in what she loves the most...water!
