1994 GM 7.4 (454) Gen V oil pressure sender
Any idea on where the oil sender unit it located on the port engine? 1994 454 GenV

If it's not on top close to the back of the engine, look on the port side of the engine close to the top of the block section below the head.

Ya know, just the nightmare I thought it would be. The bilge monster will be eating a few wrenches and nuts as I am working on the port engine. I believe it may be the gauge, but both are vintage 1994. Always had 60PSI. Last week was around 45. When I goosed the throttle same, but when I tapped the gauge back close to 60. As we say in Italian “MANUUDGE”.

Seems to me if you are tapping the dash gage and it bounces around then it may just be the gage itself, maybe a loose connector or some terminal corrosion.
