BOAT FIRE NEED VOLVO PENTA WIRING HARNESS 3863229. CAN ANYONE HELP. HOW CAN I GET ONE MADE?

Sorry to hear about the fire!

Looks like that harness is pretty expensive!! Is there anything salvageable on the old one?

The ECM connectors would probably be the tough ones to find if you were trying to get one made. Are there no OEM ones available anywhere?

Seems like a special order part. Call your local Volvo Penta dealer and see what they can do for you. Someone has to have one on the shelf somewhere. Unfortunately it looks like a $1,300 part and Volvo sucks for parts availability in comparison to the other major brands.

Doubt you can custom make one due to the proprietary connectors then again there are some very creative people out there. Are the connectors salvageable from the fire? If so there may be hope.

what's wrong with the old one. if the plugs are OK, then you can fix it by replacing wires where necessary.

AND WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING?!
