Post by Icango560 »

My circuit board diode is fried after a power surge. Does anyone know where I can buy one the board or have this one repaired. IcoBoost 50. Numbers on the board. 81-001879-A REV, 75-00127-B REV. A, 473637 0603 COS, 48301A. OR BUY A GOOD USED MODEL 93-ISOBOOST50-A. Thanks in advance. Larry

I see no one has answered and while I do not have any info to offer on your specific parts ask. I replaced my Charles 5000 charger it was like for like and easy to install. Since Charles is out of that business it might be very hard to find specific boards and components.

Or search for "NMEA 2000 Network and FOX Marine Engine gateways" by "Kgarguilo"

Just a thought.

He is trying to repair an Isolation transformer, not a charger. Those transformers go for around $8000 so it would be a wise choice to repair if possible.

Here is a link to a drop in replacement for the now discontinued Charles unit. https://www.wmjmarine.com/628009-000.html
