Electrical Wiring Diagram

Post by Pollock_22 »

Does anyone know where I can find Electrical Wiring Diagrams for a 2005 41 Carver CMY?
Just purchased a 2005 41 Carver CMY and I would like to get familiar with the boat's wiring system.
Thank you for your help and support.

Welcome aboard!
One of the members, phrankus, took the time and effort to amass what he could before Carver went away.
Here's his repository of the Carver docs he could obtain.

Thanks

Welcome. Phrankus' documents are great to have, but you may or may not have anything significant on the electrical front (my 2000 506 had very little), so I'm in the process of reverse engineering the system. If you need single-lines or other layouts qelectrotech is decent freeware. There have been quite a few owner mods over the years that at least make checking what you find worthwhile. Not a task for the faint of heart, but I find it fun (mostly).

I'm trying to upgrade my Charles IQ inverter to a Victron Quattro to take advantage of all the new bells and whistles, but am balking at some of the additional wire runs necessary.
