Carver 466 - how to activate external speaker?


Hello everyone...question? We purchased a 2003 Carver 466 last year and it has an external speaker like a bull horn mounted on top of the arch and I can not figure out how to activate it via the VHF radio. I assume this was part of the standard configuration of the boat but not 100% sure. Any ideas how this is activated if you have a similar set-up as I can not find anything about it in the ICOM instructions. Thanks Doug
