I'm a new owner of this boat and new to boating in general. I grew up in CO but gave up the mountains for the waters of FL. My boat has a soft deck in the bow area and also the port stern under the cleat. The wood looks pretty rotted in both areas. I've read a lot about drill and fill epoxy repairs. Will this work well in these areas? Any advise on better methods? Thank you

During the survey, the main electrical panel showed no juice to the air Conditioning circuit. USCG and/or ABYC regs require a breaker in place for any wire run greater than 10 feet (between the inlet and the panel in this case). Can anyone help me locate the location of this breaker? Carver didn't supply a diagram of the AC wiring, just the 12V side. Our go/no-go decision will happen Wednesday following the compression test. Thanks! Great Laker

I have a 456 with 2 faulty Sea Cox. I bought the boat last year and it needed to be rebonded. The handles broke off two of these sea cox due to the bonding issue. My question being put out there is "can I change these sea cox myself?" I will be back to the boat is Stuart shortly and am not sure what to do. I am mechanicle but this is a new page for me. I want to change the 2 50 amp 125volt receptacles to one 50 amp 250 volt receptacle so that I do not have to use an adapter all the time. Any idea on how I would wire this? Do I gang the 2 lines together? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
