Hello everyone, I picked up an 85 santa cruz that I am bringing back to its formal glory. You may see me post a lot in the future. I have been running boats my whole life and run multiple outboards, inboards and tow boats for my work but this is the first boat I have ever personally owned. Thanks in advance for any help

Hello all! I have twin 454's on my '86 4207. Are the Edelbrock Performer intake manifolds factory stock on them? I have to replace both of them due to corrosion holes by the water temp. sending units.
Thanks!

Who can tell me how they get their trim to work on their boat? Can't tell if mine are working. Also what might be causing me not to be able to get the engines to get above 2,000 rpm? At least thats what the tach is saying anyway.

Post A Boating Mini Vacation

- Forum: Boating & Cruising Lifesyle
I traded work days with one of my co-workers so I could get 4 days off in a row. I planned to participate in 2 of my boating clubs activities.
The first one was on Wednesday something we call a Midnight Rendezvous. How this came to be was like this. Back when we were all still working at Ford we worked the afternoon shift. We got off work at 11:30 PM. We all would head to our boats and we would meet up at a rendezvous location picked by one of us. We usually met up shortly after midnight and wou ...

- Forum: Boating & Cruising Lifesyle
For those of you who are interested, I just got back home after traveling from Bremerton Wa. to Juneau Ak. On my trip, most nights or mornings, I would fly my 3dr Solo drone around the area for an arial view. I have posted a few videos on YouTube and have lots more to post. If you search "matts 3dr Ketchikan" spelled just like that, it should get you linked up with my youtube account so you can find all the other videos. The ice bergs were incredible! (Tracy's Arm, below Juneau ) We did the 2000 ...

My wife got our spring line caught under the starboard window and blew it out on our return from Alaska. So, has anyone else needed or ever found a used carver parts scrap yard type of place. It's the lower window that opens on the starboard side, if anyone has access to one, please send me a text message at 509 398 0144. Thanks

Post How does fuel selector switch work on Carver Riviera?
- Posted by: MikeL77 » July 26th, 2016, 11:20 am
- Forum: Gas Engines/Transmissions
I have a 1987 Carver Riviera that has two 220 Crusader V8's and two 80 gallon fuel tanks. Each motor runs off a single fuel tank. I want to install a fuel selector switch in it. How does the stock fuel selector switches work that originally came with Rivieras, and were found under the front stairs? Do both motors run off only one tank at a time? Or?
Thanks!
