Looking for part on exhaust system
Hello All! I have a 1995 Crusader 350XL engine. The first fiberglas exhaust connector, with the built in back flow flapper, developed a crack and is leaking. It's about 5" long, and 3 3/4" wide. Anyone know where I can get the replacement part? The boat is a 330 Mariner. Thanks.

Perhaps a Centek part....crusader/pleasurecraft marine parts.....have a fibreglass guy look at it, may be repairable.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.

As Bud37 mentioned....
On my Mariner, I have fiberglass mufflers, they have the back flow flappers.
They were leaking at the flapper axis.
I thought I would replace them but found they are ~$700ea...so...
I asked around and found out since they are fiberglass it can be repaired.

Re: Looking for part on exhaust system
Thx for the replies. The crack is not in the muffler, but the first connector immediately aft of the exhaust manifold. Fiberglas guy said he may be able to repair, but there is an overlap that concerns him. In the meantime, I found a stainless steel connector that may work, but it is an inch shorter. It is sold by Marysville Marine products. I will let you all know if that works for future issues. Thx again. Visit beautiful Door County in NE Wisconsin!

Re: Looking for part on exhaust system
Hello again. Follow up to the exhaust connector issue. The SS version available at MarysVille worked great. It is an inch shorter than the OM part, but there is enough length to get good connection to the exhaust hose. Part is $70. Happy cruising!

Re: Looking for part on exhaust system
I still have it. I may get it reglassed and use as a backup. Why do you ask?
