The boat is in the shop right now getting the starboard outdrive replaced. Impellers replaced in both drives along with gimbals and changing the fluids..Ill check everything out before it goes back into the water..

Hopefully they may pick up on something while they are working on the drives.....I wouldn't assume anything while working thru a problem....cross things off the list one at a time.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.

I assume they are reinstalling the drives? If so, do they know about the trim issue? If not, tell them so they can check the trim limit switch adjustment in case that's the problem. If the limit switches have to be replaced, I find it easier to do without the drives in the way.

Did you ever get this figured out? I think I have the same problem where the motors are trimmed all the way up but now responding to down trim
