A small, electric power washer will take care of that. Been using mine for close to 10 years. Have even loaned it out to dock neighbors who liked using it so much, they bought their own.

Thank you buster53, would you suggest a cleaning fluid?

Just regular toilet bowl cleaner does some really good work, especially on all the fiberglass areas. Will remove any old waxes, plus any kind of mold or mildew. Scrub it down lightly with that, then use the powerwasher to thoroughly remove everything and rinse it down. A little buffing and some wax and it will look like brand new.

You can even use that on a lot of the vinyl, but you don't want it to sit for a long time and you do need to rinse well so there's no long-term damage to the threads.

BUT you also have to careful on colored paint or vinyl or especially any fabrics because it would bleach the color too. If you can remove all that stuff and just concentrate on the white surfaces first, it will be a lot easier.

You’d be surprised what the power washer will do without any cleaners.
