Replace AC Circuit Breaker Panel?
I have a 1996 380 Santego . Some of the breakers on the AC panel are failing. I do not use a generator at all so I have no need for the shore power and generated power switches. I’m thinking about replacing the whole panel. Has anybody done this? Does anybody have any recommendations I see blue sea systems has a few options

Try a boat salvage yard, they usually have all kinds of panels.

Re: Replace AC Circuit Breaker Panel?
My carver has some unused circuits oem from carver. Are you talking about the ship/shore selector cause you mentioned you dont use a generator,,is it not installed,? Or the individual branch breaker? The unused ones for me the breaker/switch is already installed. If you have any unused ones and can match the amps it would be way easier to rewire and relabel than your plan to totally replace the entire panel. I've had to do this and I've also replaced a couple that I couldn't use another for.

You're going to sell the boat someday.
Fix it stock.

I agree with Fred above.....that would be my first inclination however it works out.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.

Re: Replace AC Circuit Breaker Panel?
You can get most... of if not all the breakers and switches from blue sea systems or digikey. Its not too tough a job. you will want to replace the lugs on the ends of the heavy gauge wires too.
