I made it through Ian almost unscathed!! I do need to replace the panels that go around the back deck. Anyone done this before and have suggestions on what to use? Any recommendations in the Punta Gorda area? Seems like an easy enough job just need a place to make them then I will install. Starboard side is in good enough shape to be used as a template and measures the same as the port side. The other panels are a rectangle and square....

First off , hello fellow 405 owner. I'm glad you are ok and the boat seems to be in good shape. I couldn't imagine what you've been through and I'm praying for you guys. Hi, I looked into this before, and I found this product called Puck Board. It comes in sheet sizes 4’ x 8’ or 5’ x 10’. It’s made of high density polyethylene and comes in a 1/4” thickness.
I don’t know if it’s what you are looking for, but it might work for you.

I just searched Puck Board but the largest size I could see is 4 x 8. Do you know where to get it in 5 x 10? The 2 side panels are 105" long

considered switching to transparent? Clear or tinted, lots of materials in that area.
