Gas Cap Maintenance

Just a reminder as many never think about this. Your gas cap has an o-ring on it that seals the tank and keeps rain/wash water out of your tank. I highly suggest you remove it/them and replace with a new if you have never done so or if it looks to be in great shape then just apply silicone grease or o-ring lube to it. This will keep it looking and working great not to mention the gas cap comes on and goes off much better. A telltale sign it needs lube is slight squeaking when installing or removing.
